Proceeds from this 1-hour class benefit the pawsitively pawesome organization\, the Bitty Kitty Brigade. Paws\, stretch and support a great cause. We litter-ally can’t wait to see you on the mat!\n\nThe Bitty Kitty Brigade teams up with the most amazing\, most loving\, most wonderful foster care providers to save hundreds of the itty-bittiest of kittens in the Twin Cities metro area. They also partner with rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates of the smallest and most vulnerable animals in their care.\n\nWe welcome all ages and skill levels to enjoy a joyful class and make many happy memories together. Indulge in this workshop of self-care and nurturing with a truly special gift for mom and yourself.\n\nYin Yoga comes to us from the teachings of Taoism of ancient China and has become increasingly popular with yogis in the West. Yin teaches us to slow down\, to move inward\, to honor the body of the day and to rest in stillness. Yin works the deeper tissues of the body with its longer held postures which pool the life force from the surface of the body to irrigate stagnant energy and holding patterns from the inner body.\n\nRestorative Yoga comes to us from the teachings of BKS Iyengar and offers even longer held postures where one is completely supported through the use of props.
