SUMMARY:Summer Solstice Yoga + Yoga Nidra
DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the summer solstice\, a time for abundance\, growth\, gratitude for the sun\, and connecting with nature. In this workshop\, we will honor the transition of seasons through reflection/journaling\, a gentle and mindful movement practice\, and conclude with a guided yoga nidra meditation for stress relief and relaxation. \nNo previous yoga experience required – all are welcome.
