Join me for a slow, gentle, brain-boosting yoga practice to honor the Winter Solstice.
This class is for ALL LEVELS, and can be modified to stay seated in a chair. With elements of QiGong incorporated to help us honor Winter and the cycle of water within our bodies, this will be an enjoyable practice to help you get inspired for the longest night of the year (and get excited for increased daylight).
