“Grace is the outcome of inward harmony.”
— Marie von Ebner-Eschenbach
As we move into the spring and summer months, I find myself in harmony with new growth, sunshine, and overall transformation. I embrace change, welcome the unknown, and look forward to sharing my article with you all.
Harmonize your body, mind, and spirit. The following intuitive steps bring more happiness and fulfillment into my life. I hope they will inspire and assist you on your path.
Achieve a sense of peace by being an example to others. When challenges and tough situations arise, choose to be a harmonious and light filled warrior.
Release the need to control situations. Instead allow your intuition to guide you in life experiences. Harmony comes to us when we listen to our inner guide and trust the flow of life.
Meditate to elevate your intuitive instincts. Allow peace and harmony to wash over you. Five of the most common types of meditation include: Mindfulness, Bodyscan, Loving-kindness, Transcendental, and Walking.
Orchestrate outdoor activities. Nature walks bring inward tranquility and help rejuvenate the spirit. I adopted walking meditation as a key practice of mine. I breathe deep, quiet my mind, and listen to the sounds of nature. Find the outside activities making you feel inspired and take action.
Nurture yourself daily. Build yourself up with positive self-talk, read books and articles on self-development, listen to inspiring podcasts, attend seminars, enroll in self-care classes like Tai Chi, dance, and yoga.
Yoga means union. You can choose from many branches of yoga. All types can help a person lead a more peaceful and purposeful life. B.K.S. lyengar once wrote, “Yoga is a light, which once lit, will never dim, the better your practice, the brighter your flame.” My passion for yoga led me to become an instructor. Today, I am honored to support my students on their journey to wellness.
I hope these steps help you along your path and guide you to a harmonious life.
“Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”
–Mahatma Gandhi
