The true purpose of yoga is to decrease the fluctuations of the mind. What would happen if your mind was calmer and you had more clarity? – Would you feel more settled and happy? Would you have better interactions with the people you engage with at home and work? This session introduces participants to the Eight Limbs of Yoga, sourced from the ancient knowledge of the Yoga Sutras likely written around 500-600 CE.
