Forest Therapy Summer Sunset

Please join Certified Forest Therapy Guide Mel Schneider and fellow Yoga Sanctuary friends for a 2-hour guided, slow-wandering experience intended to deeply restore you. Mel will invite us to pause for a few brief sensory connections followed by circle sharing. We will end with a tea ceremony honoring the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, and the roots of Forest Bathing.
