Sound Healing : September

Please join us at Yoga Sanctuary in this supportive community setting to experience the healing potential of therapeutic instruments. Class begins with a gentle 20-minute Qi practice. Participants then settle into a lying position for a brief guided visualization. The remainder of class is filled with meditative sound from crystal singing bowls, gong, drums, chimes and/or voice.
