– Explore the zones of respiration and the anatomy of breath
– Experience breathwork to identify your breathing habits
– Stimulate your vagus nerve with a gentle rolling practice to calm your body
– Relax and recover with an extended savasana
No prior yoga experience is required. Please dress in movement-friendly clothing, and bring a yoga mat and water.
