Join Mary McCallum for a deeply nourishing and restorative gentle yoga and yoga nidra practice. We’ll begin with slower paced mindful movement designed to release tension followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, also known as the sleep of the yogi, that promotes complete rest and relaxation. Some benefits of yoga nidra include reduced stress and anxiety and improved sleep.
No previous yoga experience required – all are welcome. This workshop is offered in studio at the Yoga Room in North Minneapolis and online via Zoom.
