If you know grief, you know deep anguish and pain. The truth is that those who feel unbearable grief, had to know true love. This challenging emotion can look like many emotions all at once.
Take a journey in a safe and supportive environment to find some stability amongst the chaos. This is not a linear path, so the process is yours to choose. Finding community during a time that often includes isolation, sadness, fear, anger, guilt, and pain can anchor you with compassion, patience, trust, and self-love. Our loss doesn’t change with time… life just grows around that loss. How will you choose to move forward?
In this workshop, we will connect via gentle movement, breath practices, journaling, optional sharing, centering, and more. All are welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
