This immersion is for students or yoga teachers who are interested in deepening their practice. In this 2.5 day immersion, we will look at yoga asana through a study of anatomy, kinesiology, and SomaYoga methodology & techniques so your own practice and students’ practice can flourish with ease. Specific SomaYoga techniques – such as aligning from the spine out to the largest joints and the extremities, using Somatics to increase mobility and function, enliven your core stability, and prevent injuries! 20 CEU’s available for yoga teachers.
