Grief and loss are a natural part of life but can be overwhelming and leave us feeling stuck and disconnected from ourselves. Yoga can be a powerful tool that can help us move through these difficult emotions and find healing and peace. In this workshop, we will explore gentle yoga practices and mindfulness techniques specifically designed to support the grieving heart. Our practice will include breathing exercises, gentle movement, restorative poses, and yoga nidra meditation that can help release tension, calm your mind, and promote relaxation. Whether you are experiencing the loss of a loved one, a breakup, or any type of loss, this workshop will provide a nurturing space for you to connect with your body and support processing and healing. No previous yoga experience is necessary – all levels are welcome.
