Yoga in the Gardens

With over 1,200 acres of breathing room, including peaceful indoor spaces, the Arboretum serves as a refuge to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit in one of the greenest spaces in Minnesota. Our Yoga in the Gardens series features year-round wellness classes led by local instructors.
The class on August 8th will be Yin Yoga and Sound Healing taught by Matthew Tift in the Sensory Garden.
