Fall is HERE! And with it often comes changes in our health, schedule, foods, and sunlight exposure. In Ayurveda, Yoga’s sister science, which means the “science or wisdom of life,” this is also the season when the WIND/MOVEMENT and ETHER/SPACE elements are largely at play, and can lead to excess “Vata” in your constitution/doshas. You know it’s time to seek balance when you see signs of spaciness/flightiness, forgetfulness, anxiety, excessive dryness, nervousness and inability to slow down.
Come prepared for a short intro, yoga poses, guided relaxation, pranayama (breathing) and meditation to find balance, ease and tranquility.
