Event Round-Up

As an Annual Partner you receive the following:

Root: no event listings, unless it’s a totally free community event
Heart: Two free general event listings in the online calendar per month
Crown: Two free general event listings in the online calendar per month, plus One general event listing in the print magazine
Throat: Four free general or paid event listings in the online calendar per month, plus One general or paid event listing in the print magazine
Third Eye: Four free general or paid event listings in the online calendar per month, plus One general or paid event listing in the print magazine

REMEMBER: retreats, teacher training, and festivals are not included in the root, heart, or crown level. However, you can purchase these listings for $200.

All listings are included in the monthly events roundup email, as long as they are entered in the form by the 15th of the month prior (ex. an event in July needs to be entered by June 15th).

Listings for print need to be entered in the form by JULY 31st … the dates for the magazine inclusion are Oct-March events.

• Deadline for the print Spring + Summer magazine is Feb. 1st
• Deadline for print Fall + Winter magazine is Aug. 1st
• We will always take submissions for our online calendar and monthly “event round-up” email … just make sure to have them in at least two weeks before the beginning of the month (ex: June 15th for our July round-up).

We are looking for events throughout the midwest, and into the fringes of our border states:

• general events (such as goat yoga, summer solstice, summer yoga series, reiki or chakra class, etc) These events should be offered at $99 or less.
  – Non-partners can list events for $50 each.
  – If it’s a truly free, non-promotional community event, non-partners can submit their event for free
• YTT (teacher training) courses will be listed along with a solo email blast to our community and an online post for $200/partner or $300/non partner
• Retreats/Festivals will be listed along with a solo email blast to our community and an online post for $200/partner or $300/non partner
• Conferences/Workshops will be listed along with a solo email blast to our community and an online post for $200/partner or $300/non partner
