ThIs flow, called Open Heart Flow, lasts about 60 minutes. The idea behind it is that if we want to live inclusively, then we must open our hearts and remain open to other ways of life. The flow starts with a warm-up and gradually prepares the practitioner for a few beautiful heart-opening yoga postures, concluding in a balancing and calming yoga sequence.
