As a 200 Hour RYT, you can expect Jordan, The Grounded Peony, to lead you through various yoga practices. She loves to teach Vinyasa Flows to connect mind, body, and spirit, and also enjoys teaching more gentle, restorative practices to balance Yin and Yang energies. Jordan incorporates breathing exercises into her classes to calm the nervous system, and teaches you the tools to take with you outside of a studio setting. She is a firm believer in your body, your practice; practicing a pose in a way that is best for your body. She believes it is important to modify or adjust to make sure you’re safe in your practice and kind to your body. When showing up to your mat with a class with Jordan, you can expect to be in a safe environment, free of judgment. The act of ahimsa, or non-judgment, is embedded in Jordan’s beliefs and teaching philosophy, meaning you are free to practice as you choose with ease. People can expect to show up to their mat to practice with Jordan regardless of their experience, with encouragement to try new things, and physical tools such as props to assist you throughout your practice. People can expect to take a class with Jordan and challenge themselves mentally or physically, but also have the option to rest in a pose of their choice when they need a moment to themselves. People can expect to connect to their mind, body, and spirit, while easing the mind of stress, and easing the body of tension. Jordan seeks to benefit anyone wanting to practice yoga to accomplish their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual goals through practice, regardless of their experience. If I could only tell people one thing about The Grounded Peony, is that she is a knowledgeable, creative instructor who thrives to see their students enjoy their practice. Jordan teaches many different styles of yoga at Pressed Hot Yoga and Juice in Blaine, MN. She also teaches many different styles of yoga at Studio One, located in both White Bear Lake, MN, and Roseville, MN.  https://linktr.ee/Jordanperzii
