Pinecone Yoga Institute (PYI) is a nature-based pop-up practice committed to sharing quality, safe, and accessible yoga with the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and beyond. Nature-based yoga and meditation combine physical postures, breathwork, and meditation with an appreciation for the natural world. Typically these practices involve an outdoor setting, environmental awareness, and sustainability principles.
